Need Assistance?

Just turn up for a walk‑in session, call us, or contact us via Helsenorge. You don’t need to know exactly what help you need—reaching out is what matters.

Supportive Conversations

We offer short-term supportive conversations with professionals from various backgrounds. You can speak about your thoughts, feelings, or anything difficult you’re going through. Sessions may begin with an assessment conversation to tailor help best suited to you—this might be here or an alternative service.

If you would like a supportive conversation, please fill out this form and send it to us: Contact_Form_Requesting_Support_HFUS.docx

If you’ve previously received specialist mental health care (e.g., DPS or BUP), we recommend contacting your general practitioner. Our service is preventive and short-term.
